My passion for advocating for people, commitment to community engagement, continuous positive energetic spirit, and a good work ethic within 30 years have given me an invaluable reputation in the local community. This experience allowed others to view my strongest skill sets in effective  communication, conflict resolution, meaningful connection, and organizational development. As an Asian woman small business owner of a healthcare referral agency and an academic advisor for higher education, my extensive network can be an asset to extend assistance to underrepresented groups. Combining individualized person-centered communication tactics while showcasing compassion builds trust in the relationship providing the guidance needed to determine an individual's needs and  goals.  The certificates I obtained have also prepared me to build a comforting, safe, and inclusive environment allowing individuals from youth to elderly populations feel at ease in all facets of communication. My education in learning development, business, family, youth, and community science enhances my skillset in self-regualtion, active listening, and determination for successful outcomes.
